1. EchoCert Mobile

EchoCert Mobile is a free tool for creating and checking SHA-256 file receipts. You may use it only for lawful material that you are entitled to capture, store and verify. You are responsible for consent, notices, retention rules and secure handling of the underlying evidence.

The app should not be your only copy of important evidence. Keep separate backups and a separately trusted receipt or fingerprint where substitution risk matters.

2. What the app proves

A MATCH means the checked bytes match the SHA-256 recorded in the selected receipt. It does not by itself prove truth, authorship, ownership, operator identity, complete capture, an independently certified date or legal admissibility. A NO_MATCH means the checked bytes differ; it does not identify who changed them or why.

3. Professional pilot eligibility

The £495 AI Evidence Audit Founding Pilot is intended for businesses and professional teams purchasing for business purposes, not consumer purchases. It is delivered remotely in English and may be offered internationally where EchoCert can lawfully and practically serve the customer. Availability is subject to written acceptance, payment-provider coverage, applicable sanctions or trade restrictions and local legal requirements. It covers one agreed evidence question or safe representative non-production AI or agent workflow, using no more than 100 approved non-sensitive files or 2 GB. EchoCert must confirm suitability, country eligibility, capacity, written scope, a Case ID and a start date before you pay.

The founding pilot excludes production access, personal data, customer credentials, external messages, payments, active code or macros, destructive actions and high-consequence decisions. A later service would require a separate written agreement and appropriate controls to change those limits.

4. Included pilot deliverables

• an inventory of the agreed evidence set;
• SHA-256 manifest and integrity receipts;
• a findings report separating observation, supported inference and unresolved questions;
• verification instructions;
• a packaged EchoCert Evidence Pack; and
• a concise guided handover.

A seven-business-day delivery window is a target that begins only after the written scope, complete approved inputs, payment and delivery capacity are confirmed. The agreed written scope controls if it is narrower than this summary.

5. Price and payment

The founding pilot price is £495 GBP as a single payment. EchoCert issues the Stripe payment link only after written scope approval and links the payment to the Case ID. A customer paying from another currency may be charged conversion or bank fees by its provider. VAT or other taxes are added only where EchoCert is legally required to collect them and will be shown on the invoice; the customer remains responsible for its own local tax obligations. Additional questions, workflows, production integration, new adapters or work outside the agreed scope require a separate written quotation.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund requests should be sent to contactechocert@gmail.com with the purchaser name and payment date; never email full card details.

7. Customer materials and confidentiality

Use only non-sensitive representative material unless different handling is agreed in writing. You confirm that you have authority to provide the material and instructions. Each party must use reasonable care with non-public information received for the pilot. EchoCert may retain the minimum records needed to deliver, verify and account for the service, subject to the privacy policy.

8. Acceptance, corrections and later evidence

The pilot is complete when the written deliverables are supplied and the agreed verification checks are demonstrated. One factual or clerical correction round is included when a specific issue is raised within five business days of handover. Analytical disagreement is reviewed against the agreed scope but does not require EchoCert to change a supported finding.

New material received after the evidence set is frozen is not silently inserted into the original pack. If accepted, it is handled through a linked addendum or new version so that the earlier findings remain preserved. These time limits do not remove any right that applies for longer by law.

9. Liability boundary

EchoCert provides integrity evidence within the agreed technical boundary. It is not legal advice, regulatory certification, an authenticated identity service or a guarantee that every recorded statement is true. Neither the app nor the pilot should be used as the sole control for safety-critical, legal, medical, credit, employment or financial decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Retention, changes, law and contact

Case evidence is scheduled for deletion 30 days after the later of delivery or resolution of an active correction, complaint, chargeback or legal hold. EchoCert may retain minimum contract, invoice, transaction, complaint and deletion records for tax, accounting and legal obligations without retaining the case evidence itself.

Material changes will be published with a new effective date. A paid pilot uses the version accepted with its written scope. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties should first try to resolve any dispute directly and reasonably.
